Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese

After the visit to the Knights Templar, we popped in to the "Cheese", the famous watering hole of Dr Samuel Johnson, Voltaire, Tennyson, Mark Twain, Dickens & Conan Doyle. They all rocked down here to their local for a quick pint after work and let their hair down. This pub is a pure jem, just off Fleet Street, but hidden down a small alley, with a roaring fire and somehow remaining genuine to its original state.
